About
My story
I guide women to love, lead, and live from the heart. This page is the longer version of what you see on the home page — how I got here, what I believe, and how I work.
How I learned to stay
[Placeholder — a personal turning point: loss, grief, or the moment “staying” became the center of your work instead of fixing or rushing past what hurts.]
[Placeholder — what changed when you stopped performing resilience and started writing honestly — on Instagram, then Substack, then in the room with clients.]
You might know me from @thefeminineheart or from essays on Substack. The through-line is the same: companionship through the writing, the reading, and the ordinary days in between.
What sits at the center
-
Interiority
[Placeholder — willingness to go inward without turning it into self-improvement theater.]
-
Staying
[Placeholder — not fixing the feeling or finishing it; putting experience into words so it can be met.]
-
Companionship
[Placeholder — ally and guide in one-on-one work, on the page, and in community.]
“[Pull quote — one sentence that captures heart, grief, and choosing love after loss.]”
Training & background
I studied human development and psychology at Harvard and spiritual psychology at USM, and I am completing a doctorate in depth psychology.
[Placeholder — how clinical and spiritual training show up in your writing and mentorship — without a CV wall. Optional line on certifications or modalities.]
